Express Dietm is a fast and easy system that readies a crown and bridge pick-up impression to be poured in a matter of seconds. You simply:
1. Disinfect impression using proper protocol
2. Load the Express Dietm thermomelt gun with a stick of TF28tm compound.
3. Allow it to heat for 5 minutes.
4. Express the melted compound into a crown.
5. Insert a threaded retention pin into the crown using the tweezers provided.
6. Repeat for additional crowns.
7. Pour impression
...it's just that simple.

ExpressTech Dental tm with TF28tm compound and ExpressTech Puttytm can be used for Articulation, Blockout, and Matrices for Repairs, Add-Ons etc.
TF 28tm Compound when used with ExpressTech Puttytm forms an excellent matrix that adheres to the denture tooth but can be removed cleanly after processing. The compound will melt wax therefore it is recommend that the special putty be used to position the teeth and form the flange prior to making the matrix. This
technique is quick and easy.
